Who we are
A community of God-loving people, anchored in one unshakeable hope and gathered as one body in Christ. We’re a diverse congregation of families from across Nepal, coming together to worship, learn, and care for one another. We seek to live out God’s Great Commission, discover His calling for our lives, and serve others with radical servanthood.
Whether you grew up in church or you're walking through the door for the first time, you'll find people glad you came.
Our beliefs
Faith shapes how we live. At New Hope, we are centered on Jesus, grounded in Scripture, and called to live with hope, purpose, and love.
The good news
Jesus makes all things new. Jesus lived, died, and rose again so that we can know God, receive forgiveness, and find new life in Him. His grace is the hope we carry into every part of life.
Scripture
God speaks, and we listen. The Bible is God’s Word and the foundation of our faith. It shapes how we know God, understand His story, make decisions, and live faithfully in the world.
Life Together
Faith was never meant to be lived alone. We grow through genuine relationships, shared worship, honest conversations, and serving one another. At New Hope, we make room for people to belong, grow, and walk with Jesus together.
Our Mission

Leadership
Rev. Ruben Rana Magar
Ruben has led New Hope Church for over a decade, alongside his wife and a team of local elders. His preaching centres on the hope found in Christ, and his door is open to anyone in the congregation who wants to talk, pray, or simply be heard.
